Letting Go
Click on the play button to activate the transmission. The energy is embedded within the page and will stay active as long as the animation is running. You do not need to actively watch the page to receive the transmission. You can just leave it open in the background. To end the transmission, click on the pause button or close the page.
Enjoy and relax as long as you wish! Regular use usually gives the best results. Note that some repressed emotions may come up to be released. This is to be expected in any deep healing process.
